- Empower parents as partners by providing easy-to-understand details regarding what their child’s educational experiences and outcomes should look like
- Empower teachers and other staff by regularly seeking their input regarding initiatives, decision-making, and work expectations
- Transparently utilize student and community feedback for school district improvements and initiatives
Success Outcomes
- Measure district success toward student fulfillment of characteristics found in the Profile of a Graduate & District Strategic Plan
- Regularly evaluate instructional programs, policies, and financials to guarantee effective implementation of programs and fiscal responsibility
- Assure student assessment is relevant and reliable and results are used for positive forward progress.
Safety & Security
- Focus on student mental health to support social and emotional well-being
- Support current district efforts toward safety and security planning and implementation
- Communicate school safety and behavior expectations with parents to enable them to reinforce with their children.
